| Gears 2 Matchmaking Update |  It didn't take more than two weeks for Epic to finally address the Gears of War 2 Matchmaking Problem. Most Gears of War 2 players found this out after five minutes of putting the game in their disk tray, but I guess the Cliffy B and the guys at Epic just finished the Campaign on Insane and have finally started playing Matchmaking.Rod Fergusson, Gears of War 2's Senior Producer, made a post on Epic's forums earlier today saying that the problem is being looked at but is being caused by multiple factors. Epic and Microsoft are going to be working hard to get the problem worked out but he did give a few tips to work around the problem. Most are pretty obvious like set your NAT to "Open," don't go into matchmaking alone, and trying to play Private Matches as much as possible.Epic isn't doing a bad job though, Fergusson also posted some stats about the game's online experience that include the ammount of matches that have been played online and what the most popular gametype is (Horde of course!).Source: Epic... | New Gears of War 2 maps? |  ~ShwanThanks to people who cant keep their mouth shut 9 leaked screen shots of a rumored Gow2 map have found their way to the internet today. No information is know officialy but some Gow junkies noticed that the yellow goop is most likely Imulsion. I my self noticed that in one of the screen shots the player seems to be taking damage, either meaning he is getting shot or the Imulsion is hurting him. make sure to take a look and post your speculations =)Attached Files |
